Jean-Pierre Demargerie, WFP Country Director in Cambodia, discusses the emergency operation to feed some 150,000 people hit by the worst bout of flooding the southeast Asian nation has seen in over a decade. According to Demargerie, reaching people in the flood zone has required some creative solutions, such as a "floating food distribution" carried out entirely on boats.
