Gaddafi forces cut off most of Tripoli's water: report

Pro-Gaddafi forces in Sirte have cut two-thirds of the water supply to Tripoli, according to a report by the European Union's humanitarian office (ECHO) obtained by Reuters on Tuesday. (..) Separately, the Rome-based World Food Programme (WFP) said one of its vessels carrying 500,000 liters of water on behalf of the U.N. children's agency UNICEF was on its way from Malta to Tripoli.
