"Green drought" slowly starving Ethiopia

The word 'drought' conjures up images of parched earth and barren plains, which is the situation that flat, coastal African countries such as Somalia and Djibouti are currently facing. (..) 'Everything looks green, but there is nothing suitable for human consumption,' says Melese Awoke of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Addis Ababa.
