The objectives of the Nutrition Analysis and Mapping are:
- to establish models showing the relationship between the nutritional and socioeconomic status of the population concerned;
- to estimate the percentage of people consuming less than 1,700 kcal per capita per day at sub-district level;
- to estimate the prevalence of underweight children under-five years of age at subdistrict level; and
- to estimate the Infant Mortality Rate at sub-district level.
