The mid-term evaluation covers the Kyrgyz Republic Development Project (DEV) 200662 “Support for National Productive Safety Nets and Long-Term Community Resilience”.
It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results. Activities under the DEV 200662 included institutional capacity development, Food Assistance for Assets, and Food Assistance for Training.
The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed and conducted by a consultancy firm, with fieldwork taking place in May 2016.
