Pakistan flood aid relief hurt by CIA's Osama bin Laden vaccination programme

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) yesterday issued an emergency appeal for $135 million to increase food deliveries to areas in Sindh and Balochistan, where three million people are in need of "immediate food assistance". Dominique Frankefort, WFP acting country director, said: "More than half of those affected are facing critical food needs."
