This Operation has been modified and extended in time for 1 year as per Budget revision 2 (see below).
The objectives of this Special Operatoin are:
- To provide efficient air transport services, mainly between the provicial capitals, to humanitarian agencies and donor representatives in DRC.
- To carry out staff medical and security evacuations.
