This Operation has been modified and extended in time until 31 December 2012 as per Budget revision 04 (see below).

The objectives of this Special Operatoin are:

• To provide efficient air transport services, mainly between the provicial capitals, to humanitarian agencies and donor representatives in DRC.
• To carry out staff medical and security evacuations.
