Republic of Congo: An evaluation of WFP's portfolio (2009–2012). Terms of Reference
The terms of reference of the Country Portfolio Evaluation of the WFP Republic of Congo 2009-2012 aim to inform stakeholders about the evaluation, clarify expectations and requirements and guide the evaluation team in its work during the various phases of the evaluation.
