S. Korea to send US$500,000 in additional aid to Ivory Coast

South Korea said Thursday it will provide additional humanitarian aid worth US$500,000 for refugees in Ivory Coast, where strife has claimed hundreds of lives.(..) The additional aid will also be supplied through the World Food Program (WFP), the ministry said, adding nearly 1 million people are considered refugees in the African country where violent strife has left 500 people dead over a disputed election last year.
