The provincial government here received 2,250 bags of rice and other goods from the World Food Program to be distributed to 4,500 El Nino victims here. Cecile Ungihon of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office here said that the first delivery of 500 sacks arrived already. All the goods are expected to be delivered by July 4.
