The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) recently donated 10 motorbikes to Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security as part of its commitment to support district level staff working in the villages. “These motorbikes will boost the mobility of the Ministry’s extension service, which is critical to the success of WFP’s Food for Work and Food for Training programmes,” said WFP Country Representative Christa Räder.
