WFP, keep up the good work

LAST year, the World Food Programme (WFP) purchased 30% more grain from local farmers to meet its regional humanitarian obligations. According to the UN agency, they sourced 153,000 tonnes of assorted grains last year compared to 118,000 tonnes in 2009. Most of this grain was bought from traders, but also from small-holder farmers.
