Yemen's other crisis – the daily struggle for food

Ordinary Yemenis are suffering as food and fuel prices rise – and aid programmes are desperately short of funds.(..)According to the World Food Programme, more than 7 million people – a third of the country's population – have been struggling to find enough to eat each day. And in some parts of the country, rates of malnutrition are at emergency levels, comparable with countries such as Afghanistan and Niger.
