Margarita Morales, member of the Community Development Council of "Las Pozas" Village in Chiquimulilla, shows a High Energy Biscuit (HEB) ration delivered in the first hours of the emergency. She says that "biscuits arrived just in time. We could not cook anything since we didn't have any fuel or natural gas."
