This operation has been modified as per Budget Revision 2 (see below).

Consistent economic growth over the past decade despite frequent shocks has enabled Bangladesh to achieve notable improvements in poverty reduction, education and child mortality. High rates of  child  undernutrition, food insecurity and extreme poverty continue, however.
