Livelihoods, Food for Assets

The terms of reference of the Food for Assets on Livelihood Resilience in Bangladesh aim to inform stakeholders about the evaluation, clarify expectations and requirements and guide the evaluation team in its work during the various phases of the evaluation.
The TOR notably presents the scope, objectives, key issues, stakeholders and users of the evaluation. It also describes the evaluation approach, team composition and organisation. This evaluation is one of a series of five.

Bangladesh is one of the most at-risk countries to climate change and natural disasters. The poor are the hardest hit. The ER programme offers cash and food for work and training to women and men in vulnerable communities for the planning and building of community assets such as embankments, roads, and canals.
