The terms of reference of the Food for Assets on Livelihood Resilience in Bangladesh aim to inform stakeholders about the evaluation, clarify expectations and requirements and guide the evaluation team in its work during the various phases of the evaluation.
The TOR notably presents the scope, objectives, key issues, stakeholders and users of the evaluation. It also describes the evaluation approach, team composition and organisation. This evaluation is one of a series of five.
 

This is a synthesis of the findings and conclusions across the full series of 4 impact evaluations of the contribution of food assistance to refugees in protracted situations. The evaluations were conducted jointly by WFP and UNHCR in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Bangladesh and Chad. The synthesis aims to provide evidence and inspiration for future corporate strategies to deal more effectively with these challenging situations.
