The terms of trade of pastoralists improved over the period July-August 2012. Sheep and goat prices went up by 40% and 20% respectively, driven by the observance of the Ramadan, while cereal prices decreased. For example, sorghum and millet prices respectively dropped by 25% and 14%, in Mangalme.
