Fifty years of internal conflict in Colombia have displaced 3.6 million people, and 150,000 more are displaced each year. Afro-Colombian and indigenous people are 

disproportionately affected by violence and are vulnerable to exclusion, extreme poverty, malnutrition and illiteracy.
