World Food Programme Fighting Hunger Worldwide

The Egypt Country Programme is the only WFP operation ongoing in Egypt and it follows a number of earlier country programmes.  The overall aim of the CP is to strengthen capacity to reduce poverty, food insecurity and malnutrition in Egypt.  It is intended that the lessons learnt from this evaluation will allow adjustment or reorientation of the current CP and/or improved performance in the next phase of the CP operation.
