Country Programme - Indonesia

Indonesia is the world’s fourth most populous country, with  a population of 237 million. Itranks 108th of 169 countries in the 2010 human development index. Following remarkable socio-economic and political progress since the return to democracy in 1998, Indonesia is now a lower-middle-income country, a G20 member, the largest economy of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and one of Asia’s most decentralized democracies.
