This recipe book, prepared jointly with "Le Cordon Bleu" Culinary Institute and funded by the Millennium Development Goals Fund (MDG-F), presents 28 nutritious recipes of appetizers, main course and desserts to promote and encourage health and nutrition among Peruvian families. With this publication WFP WFP supports the Government of Peru during the celebration of 2013 as the International Year of Quinoa.
