Food Falls From The Sky In South Sudan Air Drop
The recent airdrop to Yida, South Sudan, brought in 32 metric tons of food - or about 640 bags - to an area that has been flooded with refugees fleeing conflict in Sudan. This airdrop provides vital food assistance to the refugees, even during the rainy season when roads are unaccessible.
