Cette mission d’évaluation conjointe PAM/UNHCR a pour objectif d’analyser la situation des réfugiés ivoiriens au Togo en révisant si nécessaire, les actions d’urgence humanitaire en cours sur le terrain, et en vérifiant leurs viabilités et proposer des orientations sous forme de recommandations pouvant permettre de répondre aux questions opérationnelles de maintien ou de suspension de l’aide.

A Joint UNHCR/WFP Assessment Mission (JAM) was conducted to assess the viability of the on-going operation among newly arrived Ghanaian refugees in Togo and to determine the need and level of support beyond October 2010 when the current operation providing assistance to the refugees will come to an end This first assessment took place almost 5 months after the arrival of refugees in Togo.
