This report presents the key findings, conclusions and recommendations of the mid-term strategic evaluation of the WFP Uganda Agriculture and Market Support Project (AMS) (2009 - 2014).
AMS is the umbrella name for a broad set of activities focussed on developing market infrastructure, improving post-harvest handling as well as increasing and diversifying local purchases. It is one of the three priority area of the WFP Uganda country strategy for 2009-2014. This evaluation was conducted by the Overseas Development Institute(ODI) in 2011.
