Clifford is a consultant within the Program Design Service Unit for Nutrition, MCH, and HIV & AIDS, and works on identifying operational issues to improve program performance for HIV& TB activity. -

Francesca is Senior Programme Adviser for strategy, programme and technical matters related to HIV, Food and Nutrition in Eastern, Central and Southern Africa.

Micheal O’Hiarlaithe
Micheal is a medical doctor working primarily on topics related to the Global Fund, care and treatment support as well as inter-agency coordination on child survival. Before, Micheal worked as a Programme Officer with WFP in Central African Republic and Tanzania. -
Sebastian Stricker
Sebastian is a Project Manager Nutrition and HIV/AIDS and works primarily on topics related to funding, cost effectiveness analysis and treatment access. -
Silvia Biondi
Silvia has been working as a WFP Nutrition & HIV Officer/Adviser since 2006. She gained field experience in designing and implementing Nutrition and HIV for WFP operations in Burkina Faso, Rwanda and Chad.

Willy Mpoyi
Willy is a HIV/AIDS Regional Adviser for West Africa, based in Dakar, Senegal. His role is essentially to provide technical support and day-to-day technical backstopping to WFP COs in West Africa on HIV/AIDS matters. -
Nina Berettapiccoli
Nina is a Project Manager and works closely with country offices, governments and partners to roll-out WFP policy and strategy on topics related to Nutrition and HIV/AIDS.
