PepsiCo is one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, employing over 190,000 people and selling products in 200 countries. PepsiCo's support is aimed at enhancing WFP's logistical ability to deliver food and relief to the most vulnerable communities around the globe.
The partnership identifies where PepsiCo’s performance culture and supply chain expertise can be applied to WFP logistical operations and provides enhanced tools, metrics and training to facilitate this. As a result, WFP is becoming more efficient at getting assistance to those at greatest risk of hunger due to extreme poverty and natural and man-made disasters around the world.
