| WFP'S PRINCIPAL SOURCE OF FUNDING More than 60 governments fund WFP's humanitarian and development activities. They are the Programme's major source of funding. WFP receives no dues or portions of the UN assessed contributions.
All government support is on an entirely voluntary basis. In a climate
of tighter aid budgets, WFP is actively seeking to broaden its donor
base.
