Displaced people lining up for WFP at Don Bosco, a Catholic institution in North Kivu's provincial capital of Goma, where thousands of people have sought refuge from the fighting.
Many of those who found refuge at Don Bosco had already been displaced by previous unrest in eastern DRC.

WFP is providing rations of maize, pulses, salt and cooking oil to feed those uprooted by the violence.
With donor support, WFP has been offering food assistance to nearly one million people in five eastern provinces of DRC.
