Australia’s Foreign Minister, Kevin Rudd, inspects a house destroyed by Tropical Depression 12E in October 2011 in the community of El Peñon, El Salvador. Rudd visited El Salvador for the first time and participated in food distributions to families recovering from the October emergency.
