Heavy rains and flash floods caused massive destruction across the West Bank and the State of Palestine. Tulkarem, Qalqiliya and Jenin Governorates were worst hit, with as many as 650 homes destroyed, and millions of dollars in damages from lost homes, businesses, electricity, roads and agricultural lands.
