Cecia Luis, 18 years old, and her siblings sit at a flooded bus stop in the town of Las Trochas. "Our home is still flooded and all we can do is to open the front and back door so the river water can flow. We have no other place to go," she said. Cecia added that her father is a carpenter who can't work due to the current situation. WFP has distributed food to families affected by floods in this community.
