Port-au-Prince, nutritious food distribution
A WFP distribution of special nutritious food to breast-feeding mothers and children under two. The children receive a peanut-based paste called 'Plumpy doz' while the mothers are given fortified flour and fortified cooking oil to take home. The distribution was implemented by AVSI, the Italian NGO, one of our many implementing partners on the ground.
