WFP organises rubber rafts to ferry sacks of wheat flour and high energy biscuits across a river to thousands of earthquake survivors living in Bohr and neighbouring villages. The local people are wary about being able to survive amidst the rubble of theihomes, with no road access and the coming of winter.
