In the second part of Martin's 'biscuit mission', we visit the WFP headquarters in Manila to learn some more about the emergency. We see what happens on an assessment missions and we follow a ton of high energy biscuits to an island which has been hit hard by flooding. And we see Martin make his personal delivery.
