 In the third episode of On The Road - Philippines, Martin goes to Pasig, one of the poorest parts of the capital. It was hit badly by the flooding and even a month later there was still water everywhere. We talk to Joralyn, a mother of three who explains why her WFP rice ration is so important. We also see Martin narrowly avoid a swim in the Pasig river.
