Philippines: Families Rebuild Their Lives After Tropical Storm
Tropical Storm Washi left behind a trail of destruction after it ripped through the southern Philippines isle of Mindanao in December 2011. WFP helped families hit by the storm to rebuild their lives through a combination of food assistance programmes, such as cash vouchers that allowed them to buy their own food from local markets.
WFP Philippines is grateful to KAB Designs and Go Motion Productions for volunteering their time and talent in the production of this video.
