Yum! Brands Inc. - Moving People From Hunger to Hope

Hunger is unacceptable. As the world's largest restaurant company, we believe it is our privilege and responsibility to raise awareness, money and volunteer to move millions of people from hunger to hope.
David Novak, YUM! Brands Chairman and CEO

Yum! Brands Inc. is the world's largest restaurant company in terms of units. Through its annual World Hunger Relief campaign, Yum! (and its brands KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell) raises funds for and awareness of WFP‘s greatest needs and school meals projects. The campaign is the world‘s largest consumer outreach effort on the issue of hunger, spanning more than 120 countries, nearly 38,000 restaurants and more than one million employees and franchise associates from around the globe.

The campaign results are outstanding. Yum! and its global spokesperson for World Hunger Relief, Christina Aguilera, have raised $185 million for WFP and other hunger relief organisations since 2007.
