WFP Executive Director at the Chicago Council
In advance of the G-8 Summit on May 18, Canadian Development Minister Beverly Oda, WFP Executive Director Ertharin Cousin and Concern Worldwide CEO Tom Arnold participated in the Chicago Council Event Healthy Agriculture: What Works for Economies Works for Communities in Washington, DC, to explore how incorporating nutrition into food security programming can improve health while promoting economic development. Executive Director Cousin stressed the need to leverage public/private partnerships for the benefit of the populations we serve.
