Food Continues Reaching Palestinians With Support From Canada (1)

The results of a joint UN food security survey found that in 2012, a total of 1.6 million people – or 34 percent of households in the West Bank and Gaza were food insecure, a dramatic rise from 27 percent in 2011. WFP is now reaching close to 650,000 people in West Bank and Gaza with food assistance every year.
