Fatima, 30, has eight children, including baby, Madina, who was born 45 days ago. Fatima was underweight and her husband, a daily wage construction worker, has been sick and unable to work. As a result of constant care during her pregnancy, Fatima’s baby looks healthy while her own health condition has also improved.  “I thank God for giving me a new baby. However, I was not sure whether I could keep my baby because I was feeling very weak since my husband is jobless and we cannot afford buying enough food. WFP’s food helped me during pregnancy. I still feel weak but am happy that my baby daughter is healthy,” said Fatima while receiving her food ration.
