Children are weighted at the therapeutic feeding Center at Saint Joseph's Mission Hospital in Kitgum northern Uganda. Northern Uganda once had over 1.8 million people living in camps for internally displaced people as a result of the 18 year long war with the Lord's Resistance Army. Despite the food being supplied by the WFP, food security is a big issues and the number of malnourished children was high in many of the camps.
