Cambodia, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) McGovern-Dole Grant Food for Education Programme: An Endline Evaluation
The decentralized evaluation has been commissioned by the WFP Cambodia Office and covers the USDA supported Endline Evaluation of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) McGovern-Dole Grant Food for Education (FFE) Programme for WFP Cambodia 2013-2016.

It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: (1) How appropriate is the programme?; (2) What are the results of the programme?; (3) How and why has the programme achieved its results?; and (4) How sustainable is the programme?

The evaluations assessed a range of capacity building and mitigation interventions in the field of disaster risk reduction and management, provided to the Government of the Philippines at national and local levels, both delivered directly from WFP and through nongovernmental and academic partners.

The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed by KonTerra Group, with fieldwork taking place in November 2017.
