Türkiye - Comprehensive Vulnerability Monitoring Exercise

The Comprehensive Vulnerability Monitoring Exercise (CVME) aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the determinants of refugee vulnerability in Türkiye. It includes data on the status of respondents’ health, education, income, expenditure, debt, living conditions and food security in order to build a picture of refugee socioeconomic vulnerability across Türkiye. It also serves to better understand Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN) performance in key areas, and identify unmet needs. By highlighting the barriers to ESSN applications, this report should help partners improve the ESSN programme design and delivery in year two, to ensure the programme can reach the poorest refugees.
