Cambodian mothers and children thank the people of Malaysia and the supporters of the Groupon Malaysia’s Daily Deal “Groupon for Women” for supporting the campaign of Marion Caunter, E! News Asia host, to raise awareness and funds for WFP’s Mother and Child Health and Nutrition programme for pregnant or nursing mothers and their children in 14 countries in Asia.
WFP’s Take-Home Ration Programme provides monthly food rations of rice to children from poor families in selected grades. Take-Home Rations encourage families to send children to school and aim to reduce drop-out rates and increase completion rates.
