The overall objective of the Zero Hunger Strategic Review is to facilitate implementation and progress towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal 2 to enable CAR to work towards eliminating food insecurity and malnutrition, taking into account issues of gender and social protection. The methodological approach is based on documentary reviews and consultations conducted at national and local levels. The review was conducted under the leadership of Mrs Marie Noelle Koyara, Minister Counsellor in charge of Agriculture and Rural Development.
