The evaluation covers the Liberia PRRO 200550 Food Assistance For Refugees And Vulnerable Host Populations. It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results.
The evaluation assessed the following activities 1) general food distribution 2) food for assets 3) school feeding 4) treatment of moderate acute malnutrition and prevention of stunting.
The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed and conducted by a consultancy firm, with fieldwork taking place in March 2016.
