Ukraine EMOP 200765 Emergency Assistance To Civilians Affected By The Conflict in Eastern Ukraine: An Operation Evaluation
The evaluation covers WFP's EMOP 200765 operation "Emergency Assistance to Civilians affected by the conflict in Eastern Ukraine". It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results.

The evaluation assessed the following activities: food assistance to IDPs and conflict-affected people through distributions of food rations and cash-based transfers.

The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed and conducted by a consultancy firm, with fieldwork taking place in January-February 2016.
