The evaluation covers WFP's DEV 200295 "Transitioning towards a nationally owned school feeding and health programme in São Tomé and Príncipe". It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results.

This publication aims to document recent trends – and strategic implications – with regards to the development of social registries and supporting digital information systems in the West and Central Africa region.
This synthesis presents findings of evaluations conducted between July 2015 and June 2016, covering 15 operations of varying types, durations, sizes and settings, with a total planned value of USD 2.6 billion (over USD 1.06 billion funded), which targeted 18 million beneficiaries a year.
