This study analyzes the interconnectedness of climate change and food security in the Philippines, particularly the threats and the opportunities it presents to food, nutrition, and livelihood in rural and urban areas.
This Comprehensive Food Security and Livelihood Assessment was initiated by WFP under the overall leadership and guidance of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and with the technical support of the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
WFP is partnering with the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD) and NGOs to strengthen the resilience of poor and food insecure Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. This infographic provides a snapshot of the results of the first phase of the project that helped 200 families, half of which headed by women, have climate-smart agricultural assets to improve the families dietary intake and generate income.
